کریم 200 گرام
چینی ایک کپ
دودھ دو کپ
ونیلا ایسنس ایک چائے کا چمچہ
جیلیٹن پاوڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ونیلا کسٹرڈ پاوڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کافی دو چائے کے چمچے
کوکو پاوڈر دو کھانے کے چمچے
PROCEDURE;طریقہ کار
1. پہلے 200گرام کریم کو اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں۔
2.. اب دو کپ دودھ میں ایک کپ چینی ڈال کر
پکائیں جب اس میں ابال آجائے تو ایک کھانے
کا چمچہ ونیلا کسٹرڈ پاوڈراور دو کھانے کے
چمچے کوکو پاوڈر شامل کر کے مکس کریں
3. اس میں ونیلا ایسنس ڈالیں اور ٹھنڈا
کر لیں ۔ اس کے بعد ایک کھانے کا چمچہ جیلیٹن
پاوڈر کو الگ سے پانی میں گھولیں ۔ اب پھینٹی
ہوئی کریم ، دو چائے کے چمچے کافی اور تیار
شده کسٹرڈ کو فولڈ کر کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
